What this site collects

This website collects nothing. There is no contact form, no sign-up, no analytics and no advertising. Nothing you do on these pages is recorded by us, and nothing is passed to anyone else.

If you email or ring us

We keep what you send — your name, your message and the address or number you used — only for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep our own records straight. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone outside the charity.

If you donate

This site takes no payments and holds no card details. There is no payment provider involved, because gifts reach us by bank transfer, standing order or cheque after you have emailed or rung us. If you claim Gift Aid we must keep your name, address and declaration for six years, because HMRC requires it.

Hosting

These pages are served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, its servers process the request your browser makes — including your IP address — in order to send the page back to you.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address at the foot of this page or email info@friendsofconstantinesurgery.org.uk. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version appears on this page.
