Defibrillator cabinets
Four machines, one in each village, available to anyone at any hour. When a heart stops, the first few minutes decide the outcome — and an ambulance cannot reach these lanes in a few minutes.

An external consulting room
Bought during the pandemic so that doctors and nurses could see patients and carry out procedures without bringing the risk into the main building. It is still there and still working.

Medical equipment for the doctors’ visiting bags
The kit a doctor takes on a house call. It is what lets someone who cannot travel be examined properly at their kitchen table.

In the practice
Diagnostic and computer equipment
Including immediate testing for heart problems, and the computing the practice needs to use it. An answer in the room saves a second appointment and a longer wait.

Our figures are public
In the five years to September 2025 we spent £44,300 on the practice and raised £14,300. The difference came out of money saved in the years before that — which is what a village fund is for.
